Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Organic Intel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.

3. Description of Service

Organic Intel provides AI systems and a community for individuals and businesses looking to use AI in their daily life, work, and business.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Community subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly as selected at checkout). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute or resell purchased products without authorization
• Circumvent access controls or licensing restrictions
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

8. Intellectual Property and DMCA

All products and content are the intellectual property of Organic Intelligence Labs Pty Ltd. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include a description of the copyrighted work, the URL(s) where it appears, your contact information, a good faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative, and your signature. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material. Users who are the subject of two or more valid takedown notices may have their accounts terminated.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, access to purchased digital products is retained. Community access and subscription benefits cease immediately. Account data is deleted within 30 days.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all digital products. If you are not happy with your purchase, email us at hello@organicintel.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Access to the product is revoked upon refund. Bundle purchases are refunded in full; individual products within a bundle are not eligible for partial refunds.

Community subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months. Purchased product access is retained after cancellation.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.

11. Affiliate Disclosure

Organic Intel participates in affiliate programs with AI tool providers and software companies. We may earn a commission when you click on affiliate links and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial content or product recommendations. Pages containing affiliate links display an inline disclosure and individual links are marked accordingly. This disclosure is provided in accordance with the FTC's 16 CFR, Part 255.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organic Intelligence Labs Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Victoria, Australia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
